If You Could Choose Between Having The Power Of Flight Or Turning Invisible, Which Power Would You Choose?

Before You Choose Your Superpower Here Are The Ground Rules

1. You are the only person in the world who is allowed to have this ability. No one else has your super power; you are one of a kind.

2. If you choose flight, you can fly up to speeds of 1,000 mph. You can either have wings that stand out separate from your body or choose to have no wings at all. (Think superman's flight ability.) You can fly at any altitude and withstand any atmospheric pressure.

3. If you choose invisibility you can turn your clothes invisible when you fade. (This prevents you from running around naked everywhere.) You do not have an external item that turns you invisible; you turn yourself invisible as a natural ability. You will always know how to change yourself invisible and visible again; it's embedded into your very psyche.

4. You cannot have both powers! It's either one or the other.

5. When you choose your ability, you must give a specific reason why you would choose that power. It can be a mundane reason or an extraordinary one. Be as creative as you like.

Flying? Tired of waiting for an elevator? Up you go. Left your backpack at the bottom of the Grand Canyon? Swoop on down and pick it up. Stuck in a crowd after the diwali fireworks? Just float over them all. (Maybe fly high enough to be in darkness, so you don't raise dangerous levels of envy in them.)
Invisibility does nothing for you there.

Flight would make me free and independent. The heights, the peace there and the view from behind the clouds, would be amazing.I will be away from the honks and traffic, the crowd would not effect me.And i can also use the power for good and heroic purposes as is done by superman. If not all of the world then atleast the people around me,at the least ones i love and adore. And about invisiblity i can not even think, cause i hate to be ignored.

I have always been facinated by the dreams I have had where I was able to fly. I have awakened from this experience wishing that I had not realized while in th edream that I was dreaming it and also that I wished to return to the dream.
Dreams of flying are as exilarating as though this was a real experience. and it feels fantastic to be able to fly so I would love to be able to actually have the ability.

I also have the feeling sometimes that I am actually invisible to many people in my waking life and so I really don't like it when people act as if I am invisible. It would be a great covert way to be able to spy on peoples behavior while they were away from me, but for the most part I see haow people behave in regards to others while they are not there, so I can pretty much infer what their behavior might be in my absence as I will generally confront folks if they are gossiping about folks in their absence with that exact confrontation....Would you say those things about that person to their face if they were here or only because they are not? I have also had people walk right into me in shopping malls on many occasions, and when it has happened I have stood still momentarily while they walked into me while facing toward me. I am a fairly large person, not obese and still 215 pounds at 5'8" tall so this is a perplexing thing to me.
So invisibility is what I would rather not achieve the power of.

Tough call, but I'll take he Superpower of flight. My passion in life is to learn as much as I can with the resources available to me. Although the internet is an AMAZING source of information, to have the ability to experience say, a late Fall afternoon in in Tibet ~ with all of my five sences... That's the way I want to live this life!

The urge to fly is a primordial human desire, congruent to our love of liberty in all things as we attempt to achieve our divine potential.

Invisibility. on the other hand, is just voyeurism.

I would like to fly into other realms and not be in this world whenever I choose. It would give me the power to create my life however I choose and not be controlled by my ego. I would then be capable of having the power to be one with Source and have no fear to live the life I choose. No human being would control me and I would make all the right choices for my personal growth and enlightenment.

For me I would go into places I wasn't allowed to, I would follow my boss around work to see what was going on and what he said about me.

I would also stay at home to see if anything goes on when I am gone, and I would freak people out in their homes and stuff. But there is so much more I would want to do. Like all invisible characters, I'd probably become corrupted by the power and start doing evil things.

I would choose invisibility because it has greater implications for a life of crime. In theory, if I could turn my clothes invisible, I should be able to turn the stack of cash I just took from a bank invisible also. Plus I would never have to pay to go to a movie again.

I choose this super power so that whenever there is trouble I do not need to be involved as I can make myself invisable. As there is so much of trouble going around everywhere no one seems to be happy with life these days and always an argument takes no matter what topic comes up. I hate people fighting and would love a peaceful atmosphere. Is this to much to ask.

While flying would be amazing for each and every possibilities it brings, someone will eventually see you fly, recognize you and get suspicious whenever you are around. Being invisible though is the ultimate anonymous disguise. Sneak in, sneak out, lurk about, spy, listen, watch. You become the all seeing eye! Flight is cool but think of Icarus! Invisibility wins.

I'm a pilot and begam flying with my dad since before my feet could reach the rudder peddals.
Yes it's been wonderful all these last fifty years and definately all one could have ever imagined in any dream. But let's remember, Super Man's greatness wasn't only because he could be on the scene quickly.
He still had to draw on far more powerful and extraordinary tallents to overcome whatever evil happened to be the target of the day.
Invisibility on the other hand?
Well, knowledge is power and an infinate amount of knowledge could be attained if one could be out of sight and out of mind at will.
They could then use that knowledge for tremendous worldwide and humanitarian good and after all, they'd still be able to board what ever transportation they wished and fly to any destination they choose.
Yeah, Invisibilty for me, no question about it.
I can just see the astonished look on the the ramp attendant's face when I taxi up to the fuel pump in my plane at my little airport while enjoying my invisibility.

Invisibility would give me the ability to help myself and others. Protect them from being wronged by insurance companies,I'd simply change a word here and there on their policies, no one would be the wiser.
I've always wondered if being a fly on the wall could make a change for the good in some cases, or even have the possibility for world wide change by understanding motives.

I like both ideas. They both have great potential. I have the old Shadow stories.

Being able to fly anywhere would really be good but I see it more from selfish reasons. I like to travel.
Being invisible would enable me to right wrongs, find out the truth about a lot that needs exposing.
